Meet Tamiya Davis

Tamiya Davis is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia.  A graduate of Old Dominion University, and a proud mother to her one and only son, LaTony.

When she is not working as an International Longshoreman in Virginia, where she has worked for almost two decades, Tamiya is pursuing her dream of achieving icon status! In 2016, she ran a restoration of rights chapter and helped over 100 felons receive their rights to vote.

Tamiya was the proud owner of her fashion jewelry line called, Ynot Autumn Jewelry, which is credited with providing fashion jewelry for the legendary R&B group SWV. To date, her fashion credits include styling at the 2013 Grammy Awards show, SWV Reunited WE TV reality series, 2013 VMA’s, R&B Divas Of LA, and the 2018 Soul Train Music Awards.

Tamiya and Coko were co-owners of a women’s shoe boutique named, C&T Shoe Bar, which they opened together in 2013 in Lynnhaven Mall (Virginia Beach, VA.) and online. Bringing fashion at a reasonable price. In 2019, Tamiya joined forces with designer, Travian Vann, and founded The Hampton Roads Expo Extravaganza, Inspire yourself with W.H.E.N. (Wealth, Health, Entertainment, and New fashions). T.H.R.E.E. is a festival-style setting with business/ local networking where you can learn, shop, build, and enjoy music and fashion.

Tamiya has added Author and Motivational Speaker to her list of credits, as she has released her debut book, From Fatal to Fierce. The book chronicles her journey of survival from her near-death experience, which left her disabled and disfigured, to the fierce, beautiful, and successful woman she is today. Tamiya’s goal is to empower people through dedication, drive, and determination; showing them that they too can live their dreams and ultimately achieve God’s purpose in their lives—just as she is doing.

Tamiya learned that righteous living had more to do with behavioral modification and heart transformation. She can still be fierce with her outward appearance, but her holiness and Spirit change is what matters.
